Filenames of web pages should only use ASCII lowercase letters and the underscore
character. This is not a KSW requirement (KSW can take any topic filenames), but a
recommendation for web compatibility. Using non-ASCII filenames works too (mostly), but
for legacy reasons ASCII is safer on the web for filenames.
When sorting filename lists, KSW
uses the (language invariant) sorting algorithm. See
