KSW-enabled web = has all required KSW components. It should not be created manually, but through KSW output.
HI = The left frame on a KSW-enabled site, containing the hierarchy and the index.
TOC = Table of Contents, KSW internal name for the hierarchy.
main frame = The right frame on a KSW-enabled site, where topics are displayed.
entry page = A welcome page - not a topic. Technically, the default page of the web. See Entry Page.
home topic = The first topic displayed when entering site from entry page. See Home Topic.
