The local web folder must also be relocated, onto an identical location. For instance, if the web was located at C:\webs\web1 on the source machine, it will be moved to C:\webs\web1 on the target machine.
However, due to circumstances, the above may not be possible - so KSW is able now to import a published project/web from server, on any internet connected machine (access to previous workstation not required). See Import a Project.
Note.
The KSW application itself can be relocated too. For the purpose, it
makes it easier if you always install KSW onto its default location.
• install KSW on the new machine.
• copy app.xml to the new machine (overwrite). Not the
app.xml in the installation folder, but the one in the
common application data on your system.
• copy the license file ksw.license too.
