Location of Topic Files

Required
The entry page and home topic should be located in the root folder of the web.

Regular topics location is not restricted (e.g., under a topics subfolder, further organized in subfolders.)
A topic's location change (topic is moved to a different web subfolder) is recorded automatically by KSW. There is no need to record such a change.
