Root Folder Inside KSW

The root folder in 'TOC Folders' is the only folder that does not appear on the web as a folder. instead this is the title of the browser whenever your KB is displayed. The rest of the folders in 'TOC Folders' precisely represent the hierarchy (folder-wise) that will be generated for web display.
